The team consists of people who believe in the healing power of prayer.
The team, individually, prays every day for the spiritual wellbeing and unity of St. Thomas Church and its congregation as well as for anyone who wishes prayers for themselves or others.
On the third Sunday of each month at the 10:30am service, members of the Healing Team are stationed at a part of the church to receive and pray for anyone who wishes to come forward. (this part of the service is currently on hold)
We encourage anyone who wishes spiritual help for themselves or a loved one, to avail themselves of this opportunity.
The team members are only channels for God's love and healing. Your belief in God's healing power and willingness to open your heart to this power is all that is required.
Feel free to approach any member of the team to add names to our prayer chain. All names are held in the strictest confidence.
